PCWorld, MacWorld, National Geographic, Maxim, Oprah, The Economist, Penthouse, Cosmopolitan.. you name a magazine and chances that a digital version of that magazine is available for reading on the Zinio.
Zinio offers two advantages – the digital magazines are an exact replica of the print version and second, you can subscribe to your favorite magazines anywhere in the world without having to pay the heavy shipping fees.
The good news is that Zinio is launching an app for the iPad in April that will let you subscribe and read magazines on the big 9.7” screen of the iPad. This will offer a much better experience that reading on the tiny iPhone or iPod touch.
Zinio’s iPhone app currently offers a good collection of free magazines.
